Long Pond Cabins is an angler's paradise. The location
is perfect for the avid angler or for family fishing. The 400-acre lake
boasts northern pike, largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, and perch.
Nearby (5 min. to boat launch) Lake Champlain
has championship fishing! You can try your luck at catching
lake trout, steelhead trout, landlocked Atlantic salmon, smelt,
walleye, largemouth and smallmouth bass, and northern pike.
Lake Champlain boat launches are located in Willsboro, Essex,
Westport, Peru, and Plattsburgh.
Campers can also enjoy the Willsboro salmon ladder and
viewing station on the Boquet River or try their luck on the famous Ausable
River.
